Plans, credits and refunds
A payment that did not appear as a plan, a duplicate charge, or a refund request inside the 7-day window. Include the payment or order reference shown on Plans & usage.
Privacy and your data
Access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and stored workflow data. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Things you can do without us
Some answers are faster to find than to ask for. A failed run usually explains itself: open it in your run history and look at the inputs and outputs of the step that stopped, which is where the cause almost always is.
Reporting a security problem
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, choose Reporting a security problem above, or email contact@flazetech.in. Tell us what you found, the steps to reproduce it and what an attacker could reach with it. We would rather hear about it early and imperfectly than not at all.
Please test only against your own account and workspace. Do not access, change or keep other people’s data, do not run load or denial-of-service tests against the service, and give us a reasonable chance to fix the issue before describing it publicly.
